83 different children’s games played around 1560. Predominantly in an urban environment, located  at the fringe of a city.

What are the games? Which ones are still known or could be played today? The lasting genius of the work is partly in the time the observer spends working out the games, remembering, turning into a child again - even if just momentarily – remembering what it’s like to be a child.

And, whilst staring at a (different type of) screen of sorts, speculating
